Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Danylo Hodlevskyi, operating as HodlApps (“we”, “us”), for the Faster app. By downloading or using Faster, you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Health disclaimer
Faster helps you track fasting windows, water and body data. It is for general information and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Fasting is not right for everyone. Stop and seek medical help if you feel unwell. You are responsible for decisions you make based on the app.
Faster Pro subscriptions
Some features require Faster Pro, an auto-renewing subscription. The price is shown in the App Store before you confirm your purchase, and may vary by country. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your iPhone Settings under your name, then Subscriptions.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
Your data
The information you enter stays yours. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Please don’t copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app, interfere with how it works, or use it in a way that breaks the law.
Intellectual property
Faster, its design, content and the Drip character belong to HodlApps. These Terms give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control.
No warranty
Faster is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to keep it accurate and running, but we can’t promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, HodlApps is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Faster in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You can stop using Faster at any time by deleting it. We may suspend access if you seriously break these Terms.
Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
